Our certifications with the Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise as a Small, Woman-Owned, and Minority Business Enterprise (SWaM), as well as the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) as a Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) will allow opportunities for teaming with various prime firms on contracts.

(“SCG”) is a Virginia based land development engineering consulting firm reputable for its expertise in providing innovative civil engineering design services in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. SCG is certified by the State of Virginia as a Small, Woman-Owned, and Minority Business Enterprise (SWaM), and also certified by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) as a Local Disadvantaged business Enterprise (LDBE). Our services are not only in the Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC Metropolitan area but extend internationally. We provide professional services for a wide variety of clients from homeowners to large corporations, from small communities to real estate developers.

Founded in 2006, our senior staff possess over 27 years of experience in providing civil engineering design services, land planning and land surveying services to both public and private sectors. Our services include expertise in land development processes and regulations as they apply to local jurisdictions. Senior members of staff are Designated Plan Examiners in Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties.

SCG is highly respected with strong professional ties to all County authorities and review boards within the Northern Virginia area, an asset which has proved valuable especially with fast-tracked projects. In a span of a year, SCG undertakes over 100 projects with 50% of on-going projects in various stages of design, and close to 50 completed projects delivered to a growing portfolio of satisfied clients. We have delivered quality services and exceeded client expectations by providing open-ended solutions that accommodate changing client priorities.
